The application process is complicated, and many people who apply (approximately two-thirds) are denied at the first step. Of those that ask for reconsideration, only 15% are approved nationwide, and only 10% are approved in Indiana. A significant percentage of claimants must appear before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) before they finally receive their benefits. At every stage, those who are represented by a qualified and experienced professional have a better chance of being approved. For that reason, we believe the vast majority of claimants would benefit from hiring a professional representative to advocate for them.

By law, we are authorized by the Social Security Administration to handle all matters relating to disability claims from the initial application through the Appeals Council stage.
