ABOUT US:

In 2003 Indiana Legal Assistance was founded to assist discriminating attorneys in Indiana and Illinois in preparing their personal injury cases for settment or trial. Since its inception, the entire staff of Indiana Legal Assistance has been dedicated to the goal of assisting attorneys in representing the rights of plaintiffs in personal injury, worker's compensation, medical malpractice and social security disability cases.

We have now expanded our services to include services to defendants counsel in criminal cases and in collateral attacks of their convictions and sentence in State and Federal Courts in Indiana.

Our members have lectured at seminars sponsors by the Institute for Paralegal Education and contributed to legal publications on topics such Litigation Case Management and Handling Issues in Complex Litigtion Cases. Indiana Legal Assistance members maintain an active involvement in organizations serving the bar and the public, such as the American Bar Association (ABA), Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA), Illinois State Bar Assocation (ISBA) and the Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and The National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
